| Tell me about mini Herefords always thought it could be a niche market feeding out the Calves, For the simple reason is not everyone wants a 12-14oz Ribeye and with the minis you can have the same cut and thickness of steak just at a smaller portion. Besides the wife thinks there "cute". I understand they are a genetic nightmare but the feed conversion on them sounds very enticing. Any thoughts on having a handful of them around? | |
