NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | I have a 8120 with the bigger 1000 pto but need to get an adapter to go to the smaller 1000 pto. I checked my local Bomgaars store & they don't carry it. I called my John Deere dealer & they wanted $192 for theirs "ouch". Theirs was an after market one. The JD parts guy says there is a differance in pto adaptors. He said to stay away from the lighter duty ones as they can not take the more hp from these bigger tractors.
I did some google searching & did find some but not sure if they are good quality ones or cheaper ones. From the prices of some they must be cheaper made because they were about 25% the cost of John Deeres after market one.
