Northern KY | Looking at increasing my cow numbers to about 45, will feed there calves out to about 800lbs, also background about 100 feeders a year, usually buy as 3 wts and take to 750 or so. Got 2 farms about 2.5miles apart, buy all of hay, raise about 20 acres of corn to pick for ear corn. Been feeding in hay rinqs for years and get tired of all the waste especially when im buying the hay. Got enough barn room to store about 300 rolls but still have quite a bit of waste. Just seeing if there would be any better ways to do it. | |
