"Slower traffic keep right"  Have any of you seen this sign ? Not real hard to understand, is it ? You see them all the time, on two lane highways in Iowa, where there is a passing lane. Why is it most of the time, the car going MAYBE 50 mph in the fast lane, is from out of state ? Not slinging mud at all out of state drivers. Come to think of it, maybe that driver yesterday was from SOUTH of the border. lol
