Iowa | Oldest daughter recently got engaged and we’re starting the process of getting some plans put together. What is a reasonable expectation of money to spend on this and are there any areas where people tend to overspend? I know there’s people who can get it done for $5000 and there’s people who spend 50k (yikes) so what’s a reasonable expectation? They’re good kids and both sides have large families- and a lot of connections, so I’m guessing it’ll be a larger wedding. | |
