SE Michigan | Would like to replace / upgrade skid steers in the future, also see some needs for a small dozer (Cat D4, Case 350-450, ect), Small used dozers can be had for around 12K, (perfect for what need) or spend the extra $$ on a tracked skid? or get one of each??
I completely understand that a tracked skid will not do all the things a small dozer can, but for leveling fence lines, light to medium grading, ect How are "mid" sized skids with dozer blades, can they move dirt "close" to a small dozer? | |
