Okay, how about this, you get strip searched to go into the mall, the parts store, the FSA, the bank?  After all these are all private owned places too.  Not only that but think of the risk when there are huge crowds at a ball game or other event, one could imagine a horrible outcome at the Rose Parade or the Super Bowl.
