Eastern NC | I must say that I have never seen the "Planet Green" channel on my dish lineup but there is a very interesting show on the importance of corn in the US. It may be almost over but they have done a good job of explaining production, harvest, storage logistics, and uses of the corn. They have made a couple of comments that portray the farmer as if we are getting rich at the expense of the environment. One thing is sure, remove the US corn production from the food chain and we would all starve to death. | |
