Whenever I idle the engine down and then rev back up to move, the engine will sputter and smoke and run rough for a minute and then it evens out and will run fine until the next time I go to fill and idle down, we repeat the process.
Any ideas what is wrong? Have changed all fuel filters with no change. 5.9l Cummins engine in it
