| There is a farm that I have an option to rent. It is about 1,400 acres of organic ground under 27 center pivots. I currently farm 350 acres of organic center pivot ground so I do understand organic farming and have markets lined up if I were to add these 1,400 acres to my current operation. I am wondering what a fair price per acre would be. I would be responsible for all input costs (machines, equipment, fuel, power, water, seed...) I'm not sure what the weed seed bank is on this ground.
