Tucson's Steakhouse Saloon & Grille in Salina, as good a steak as I've had anywhere. I had the top sirloin, wife had the filet. She's not normally a big steak fan, but she raved about that one...
On the way back, Gella's diner in Hays. Really good burgers, I had the Bison Burger....
Good breaks from road food & her aunt's cooking.
