I bought this on the cheap to haul to pivots. Pumps fuel and meter works. Each side has hose reel and a handle push it in it rolls up hose pull it out it engages pump but you have to hold the handle out to keep pump running I had to clamp a vise grip on it to keep it pumping fuel? Is that how it is supposed to work. Any old timer fuel truck operators out there.
