| they were just idling! ;) This was 2 years ago in NE ND north of Adams, same night as the Northwood tornado. We custom cut up there and had just finished up for a customer, driving back to his yard to park em for the night and came around the end of a shelterbelt and there she was. It was one of the most bizarre things i have seen, it was DEAD calm and this funnel was spinning what looked like about 5mph. My brother and i were snappin cell phone pics and video like crazy.
