St.Clair Co. IL. | well there was a farm just down the road sold this week, about 111 @ class C ground at best, hilly , creek bottom (flooding) and a huge creek to cross to get to some.
$ 8,000 @ yep that's a 8!! man I had no intention of going or buying, but this is nuts! guy that bought it has lots of money from his business and he does have grond adjoining it but wow! all this does is run the taxes up for the rest of us but like they always say: "it takes two fools to make a auction"

Am I that out of touch or what? I know it's next to him but I would think you should be able to buy some very productive ground somewhere for that and get some good rent return for it.
