Subject: Help with what is right/wrong as a tenant

SW Idaho
Some ground that I am leasing is being sold. I knew this could happen when I took it on as it was listed then and not a problem with me. I am being compensated for the work I have done to prepare for next years crop. The question that has surfaced, that might be questionable, is that last fall I spent good money having manure custom spread on this ground. I want to recover my inputs but also be fair to the seller and buyer. What is the opinions on trying to recover part of the manure application? Not sure if I am right or wrong trying to recover a percentage or any of it based on 25% the first year, 50% the second year and the balance of the nutrients being used or released the third year.
