Columbia City, Indiana | The thread on the movie "Country" below got me thinking about other farming movies. What was the one with Ron Howard as a dairyman who is having problems, and I think it is caused by rat droppings in the feed or something? Does anybody remember that one? Also, I think I remember one where Kurt Russell is a farmer and he takes a job as a scab working in a factory during a strike. Another one where the family I think lives in Tennessee and they lose their farm and have to have a sale... I don't remember much about these, only saw them once when I was a kid 20+ years ago. | |
