West Central Wisconsin | MF 2150 baler. Baling stalks. Baled 100 bales with little issue. Now outside knotter will not tie a bale. Actually it won't release the knots off of the bill hook. I have played with twine tension, bill hook spring tension, and sweep arm clearance with no luck. I even retimed the baler. The knotters were.off one tooth. I am at wits end. I put a new bill hook in and a new sweep arm. The first two pictures are what I think is causing the issues. The bill hook does not reset. The third picture is how it should look. Just can not figure out the issue.
