Alberta, Canada | I've searched through AgTalk but haven't come across an answer, so I have to ask.
569S baler, net wrap is showing E4-01 (net did not wrap) intermittently but extremely often, nearly every bale sometimes. Watching the monitor the little n does flash from time to time, but often doesn't, triggering the alarm.
The netwrap on the rubber roller is not running to full width, seems to be back about 5 inches on both ends, compared to the wrap roll itself. Does seem a bit loose on the roll.
I've adjusted the stuff on the left side of the baler, (brake and feed roll pressure I believe?) but have not adjusted the switch. I believe the switch is likely working, as its sensing the fact that the net is not running close enough to it.
The net formation on the bale is not great, it's uneven and certainly not to the edges of the bales.
