SE IL | Apparently it was me that was causing all the rain in Illinois.... Finally fed up and not seeing an end in sight, I decided to follow my wife to SW Florida while she attended some business meetings. I thought experiencing some nice weather and Florida sunshine would brighten my spirits and give me a new perspective.
Yep, you guessed it. The week I'm gone from IL, it's dry there.
But that's not all - EVERY DAY this week it is supposed to rain here in Bonita Springs........
Geez - I had no idea that it was following ME!!
Hopefully it will be dry enough when I get back that I can get rolling - and hopefully the rain doesn't follow me home. I thought about changing our flight home (direct from Ft. Myers to Indy), and having a layover somewhere just to throw it off in case it really IS following me..... Think that would work?
So I'm sorry I caused it, and you're welcome for leaving the area for a while to let it dry out.
Current view from my balcony - little bit of sun right now, but they are calling for more showers this afternoon/evening.
