USA | Took a CCC loan on some corn. Have never paid much attention to the langauge in the terms of the loan , until the current snafu that am dealing with. Wife and I are seperate entities so each have to have a separate loan and each get a check. Don't use direct deposit, too old fashion I guess.
Loan date is Oct 27, 2010, interest charges start at date of disbursement according to loan document, disbursement date is also Oct 27. Notice that I recieved from Kansas City dated Oct 28, said checks would be issued on or about Oct 29. Neither check has showed up. Have talked to local FSA offiice, said they hav never had checks not show up before.. Since neither check has showed up as of today, makes me wonder if the checks were ever issued.
Question I have is how can interest charges start on Oct 27, when they admit they never issued the funds till Oct 29? Thus far this no proof they have even issued the funds.
