Nc Ks. | My aunt and uncle are in assisted living. Have an old flip phone thatUS Cellular notified them will no longer be usable. Since they have a landlines in their room and don't use either hardly at all, my uncle is thinking about doing away with the cell altogether and saving the monthly bill. One of the girls working there suggested a phone with a prepaid amount such as sold at Walmart. I thought that sounded good since they still drive 15 .miles out to the farm, look at the cattle, mow a little, etc. Hate to see them out and about with no way to call for assistance if needed. I looked at those phones in Walmart today and they wew all smart phones that are more complicated then they can probably deal with. Are there any simple phones, just turn on and dial a number out there? Use to see one advertised in farm magazines a few years ago. Or other suggestions? | |
