Subject: What's the proper way to replace this joint on center pivot? pics

Alentejo, Portugal

My new (1st season) pivot has blown a joint between pipes, right next to the final tower. Can it be replaced without taking the whole tower down? It is 5" pipe and has a 18 meter overhang.
