Subject: Case 1845c Are they good?

Summit County, Ohio
I have been looking for a used skidsteer for general farm use, mostly in sludge/water treatment lime for my fields. I have been renting New Holland LS150's and I liked them, but I have found a 1990 1845c with 2800 hrs. They are asking $12,900. the tires are 90% and it comes with a set of logger tracks. The dealer claims that this is really the best series Case ever built, claim that the 4-390 engine is bullet proof. The price seems very high for the age, but they are saying its the best skidsteer ever, seems a bit of strecth. i am just trying to get some others input on them. Thanks.
