Subject: case 4890, should I buy it?

sw iowa
I bought a 1000 bu grain cart in december and have been looking for a 4wd to pull it this fall. A neighbor has a very clean well cared for 4890 for sale. It has 3500 hrs total, with 100 hours on the powershift and about 700 hours on the scania diesel. Eight new firestone 20.8x38 radials, pto but no 3pt. I would probably only put 100-150 hours a year on it. Trying to decide if i should buy it for 26,000 or look for something else. Its alot of money for it I know, but you wouldn't find a better one. Have also looked at a few 9250=9330 case ih but I don't kmow if a hundred hours a year justifies a 75000 dollar tractor. What would you buy? Thanks in advance.
