Texas | I had a fellow about 2 years ago , got some of our old trucks , made my life tough ,complained about brake wear, tires ,ect .
This fellow threatened to call the headquarters , called my boss , ect .
I understand the concept , the person that buys the trucks wants me to do as much work as they can , I want to do as little as i can , to save money .
Fellow came back today to buy 5 trucks , i did not think he remembered our last problem ,i decided to just try to get along with the fellow .
Everything went good.
It is hard ,but attitude really helps everything .
The fellow wanted the frames painted ,i agreed to that ,It wont take but 1-1/2 days to paint 5 frames .
All we can work with is our attitude ,
