Subject: Are all grease zerks the same size?

Sunnyside, WA
Bought a Fella rotary hay rake last year and it sure seems like the grease zerks are smaller than all of the rest of our grease zerks. Can't seem to keep the grease gun tip on the zerks, especially under pressure. Comparing the zerks to others, it seems smaller. Am I seeing things or is it true these zerks are different? What are the options if they are different? New fitting for the grease gun or replace all the zerks? I'm pretty sure the rake is from Germany.
