South Central NE | Wife and I are in our upper 70s so we are starting to need a few prescription drugs. Nothing heavy duty but needed none the less. About 2 years ago our supplemental insurance plan wanted us to switch to Walgreens. So every time we need our prescription refill we have to call them to get it straightened out. They have permission from us to contact the doctor for refill orders but can't seem to ever get it done in advance. So every 2 or 3 months we have to spend a bunch of time going through their telephone system to get to speak to a pharmacy person.
We're wondering if we are the only ones who have problems with Walgreens or do some of the rest of you have issues with them too? What are your experiences with them? | |
