We are located in North Texas and full no-till and I am considering planting something into growing wheat that will provide cover after the wheat is harvested.  We are considering possibilites like, alfalfa, guar, lentils, red clover, sanfoin, Lespediza, and such.  Has anybody done this and what kind of results did you have?  What species works well?  Thanks in advance.
