Tractor wont start, I can hear the electric pump behind the ECM running but am not getting much fuel out of the bleed screw at the top of the filter housing.  Does anyone know what pressure there should be at the bleed screw when that pump is running before the engine is cranked?  

I believe the tractor shut off a couple times ones day, was fine for half the next and was parked then wouldn't start
