We went down the home espresso machine rabbit hole a year ago. We like listening to this James Hoffmann occasionally. We don't listen to everything he publishes by any means, but we kind of find him interesting and often funny in his experiments. We are probably totally underusing the capability of our machine as we have kind of got to a point of getting a decent shot and being satisfied with it. I am not a coffee aficionado by any means.

Anyway, anyone interested in coffee might find this interesting. He talks about the technology of home machines compared to commercial machines that coffee shops may use. Beware: it can be a deep rabbit hole once you start down it.
