Subject: Coop board members


South Plains of Texas
What do ya'll expect of you're coop board members? Do you expect them to just let the manager run things and just answer questions and approve purchases on meeting days? Or do you expect them to question the manager at any time about something they see wrong? If a board member sees something going on and it's costing the coop money money or customers, what should he do?
