Subject: Where to find info on the percentage of the USA that no-tills?

Hi. A friend of mine took a trip to Iowa to purchase a hopper trailer. Could'nt find one locally to suit his liking, so he bobtailed to Iowa for one. Said he went there on I90...? and the locals told him to return on US20 or something like that.

Anyway, he said the folks out that way were sure some nice people. If he were to ever leave this state, that's where he's going. However,.....he said he wants to know just where all the no-till is supposed be happening as in his entire journey, which included his dad, they only saw one field being no-tilled. Everything else was cultivated.

So, I'd like to find a site or something that shows the amount of acres or the percentage of farm acres or.....? that can compare to conventional or tillage acres. Where can I find this info?

Thanks.
