Subject: JD 6410 loosing fuel prime

West Central Arkansas

Have 1999 JD 6410 with just over 1600 hrs. Tractor starts almost immediately, but it will shutdown very soon after started if setting for a day or so. I suspect that a check valve is leaking resulting in a loss of prime.

Please share your thoughts.
