So, we get our TV service thru Roku apps and by that, the ads we see aren't local at all. Most of what we see involves Alien Tape and online gaming.
I am the farthest thing from a gamer, no interest at all, so most of it's over my head. But from what we see, there are many, many people who use gaming as an "income" stream. Lots of ads talk about "making" $5,000/wk and bragging that "all cash winnings will be credited to your bank account within one minute".  Which translates into .....all cash losses will be debited from your bank account within one minute. How many people are actually out there, sitting on Mom's couch, thinking that they're actually gonna make living wage playing online games? The amount spent just on the ads indicates that there's a tremendous amount of money floating around that world.
