Subject: Hydraulic downforce ROI

Considering adding hydraulic downforce to our 1710 John Deere 12x30 is there a significant yield advantage over precision plantings Air Force with up and down bags we are currently strip tilling so there are some places that are hard and we struggle to maintain ground contact like on end rows also where we drive the trucks and stuff, second is a 1710 bar heavy enough to use with hydraulic downforce we are a smaller farm is the biggest this with making this investment we don’t want to spend it if it won’t pay us back
