I'm thinking of buying a better truck and was wondering what years of the C 15 /3406E engines are the best. Don't want one with all the emissions crap on it. I'm wanting to spend a little more on a better, lower mile truck instead of just what I can find cheap and want to get it right. Plan on keeping truck a while.
