SE MN | All this talk about combines burning and insurance topics got me wondering. About 10 years ago we had Farm Bureau (family had them for decades) and our agent retired, got a new one and had a very difficult time adjusting. Went with a buddy to see his American Family agent, got a quote, switched everything over to their farm and ranch policy and have not looked back. In my experience the agent plays just as big, or bigger role than the company, if he is willing to go to bat with the underwriters and adjusters for you, and that is why we switched companies. | |
