Subject: sonic herbicide

SW Iowa
This is the first year I have used a preplant program on notil beans. I have not combined any of them yet. Do any of you feel that there is a yield reduction using sonic? I used Lexar on the corn the
year before at 3.5qt./ acre. I am noticing the beans did not get very tall on the thinner soil areas. We have had timely rains and do not think it is from being to dry or to wet. My PH is in the 5.5 area.
Is there a different preplant product out there that will control marestail in notil beans without carry over concerns. I have already decided not to use Lexar next year. Will go to a two pass program on corn.
