Subject: Shifting a Spicer 7 speed in truck???

Southern Middle Tennessee

I bought a 1995 International 4700 truck with a 7 speed spicer transmission. Haven't ever been around a newer grain truck and just wondering how you guys shift the gears in this truck. Should I use the clutch or should I shift it like a semi? Thanks guys, I know this sounds like a dumb question to some of you... lol
