Case IH 7120 only gets up to 80% engine load

Subject: Case IH 7120 only gets up to 80% engine load


I bought a 7120 combine and the rpm’s only go up too 2100, is that correct? From what i hear it should go up too 2250 rpm’s.
Once I’m combining it will only go up too 78-80% engine load, what would cause this problem?
