| Contractor put in a 30" cement main last summer/fall, now I have holes like these showing up. Trench was dug with a track hoe. Any chance these are just ground settling or are these blowouts that need dug up/repaired. Tile connections were wrapped with some sort of cloth but have had other quality of work issues so wondering if they didn't get the tile pieces fitted together great and water from a recent large rain has pushed up between and started sucking down soil with it. They are all right above the main 30" tile and not where the headers for the laterals connect to the 30" main. The water coming out the outlet of the tile is as brown as the mud as well as where you can look down into the tile in the catch basins part way up the run.
