The Cheyenne Frontier Days committee asked us if they could use one of our tractors to pull the night show stage. They had a couple of 8R tractors, but they couldn’t pull it. It weighs 400,000 lbs!
They needed a three point as well to be able to hook to their pintle hitch set up. We unhooked our grain cart tractor and got it washed up. I drove it to Cheyenne, and then through town to Frontier Park. It was not a bad experience at all. Kind of fun actually.
It rained heavily just as we were leaving, and continued for some time, but the 9470R got the job done. Here are some pictures of my adventure.
