You find the crappiest biggest terd in the rough and polish it into a diamond. Make sure you get a 5-7 year contract so nobody steals your terd right after you get it polished up.lol Its actually some ground across the road from some I own, It is really growed up in cedars and locust trees, hasnt been farmed in at least 10 years. My friend brought his log skidder over and has been popping the trees out really quick. I bought the offset disc at a auction yesterday and broke her in today. Seems like Im always getting some ground like this every couple years so the offset disc will pay for itself especially since I dont have much in it to start with.
