Holland, Indiana (SW IN) | Been struggling with getting our C12,000 charger to charge
generator putting out 480V 3 phase
the power cable with 4 wires was marked
Green wire "ground"
green with yellow stripe "neutral"
other 2 wires go to 400+ volts
Didn't charge
After about a day of checking everything and getting a new C12,000 our dealer came up with
green with yellow goes to earth ground
Green 480V
other 2 480v
Worked like it should
Green was marked earth ground from the factory (green wire usually is ground)
