Exporting shape file for customers. DJI T50

I have a DJI Agras T50. I need to get the flight info out of the remote or cloud or wherever as a shape file or klm file. I have scoured the internet and tried myself with no luck. Anyone have a clue how to do this? Thanks for any rwplies!
