have a car im thinking of trading. Oil change light came on today, its at 5000 miles since change. Do I change the oil before the appraisal? or do i take it in as is? on one hand, it could look suspicious if the oil was freshly changed. On the other, it may look like i wasnt doing maintenance if i dont change it. opinions?
