coast of Maine | Back when we first went retail it was considered mazing to have baby red potatoes on the farm market shelves by July 1.Things have changed in our production tricks and on June 1 we started selling these very delicious baby potatoes.I think it is quite a feat being up here and having a frost 4 times in the last 10 days.
