I just bought the outside rings because of shortages 2 years ago. Definitely took a lot longer than I thought to split the old ones apart. I’m not sure if there is a special tool but the quickest thing I was able to do was jam a small wooden wedge from opposite sides driving them towards each other.
Yetter twisters? Worth it?
