Our plows you put the tractor wheel in the furrow. The 4-16 we set up like this. 4x16= 64 divide by 2 =32. Slide the wheels in furrow out so inside of wheel was 32” from center of tractor. The newer 5 x16 wasn’t as important has it had a turn buckle to adjust width. You just want the first bottom throwing the correct width of dirt. You’ll have to adjust the 3 pt arms to level the plow. Also the rear gauge wheel to make a nice straight furrow wall that doesn’t crumble
