We had one similar, but it's been a while. It was a yellow frame chisel, maybe a landoll or Glencoe (not sure if they were ever yellow). Shanks were spring steel and sideways like that one. If the u bolt holding them on broke (which wasn't uncommon on our rocky ground), the spring and cap would sometimes fly away.
Anyone recognize these chisel plow shanks
